A very exciting day and evening is planned for us to come together and celebrate the offical opening of the AGP.
At 12 o'clock Mike Proctor, the England Rugby representative will conduct the opening of the AGP with Tim Smith, Jan Webster, Roger Weston and a player from the Girls and Mini Section.
At 12.05 the Girls will play against Wolverhampton on the AGP
Following that game the Under 7's and 8's will play against local clubs.
Then there will be a game between our Vets side and Wednesbury 2nd XV, refereed by David Rose.
The Under 9's and 10's will play on the pitch afterwards, against local clubs.
Then it's the Midlands 2 West (North) League game between Walsall 1st XV and Ludlow 1st XV. The Under 9's and 15's are the mascots for the game and will form the guard of honour for the players as they run on.
There will be fun activities for all during the day with music and refreshments available.
There is a barbecue on the go all day, with refreshments from an outside bar and the usual bar inside. We have splat the rat, hook a duck, a bouncy castle and tattoos and face painting too. There will be chance to play lancer l'oeuf, too!
It's free entry - you might be asked to buy a raffle ticket and a programme if you would like to, there are some fantastic prizes.
In the evening there will be a Black Tie Dinner and Dance, with a guest speaker, Andy Goode; live music from Four on the Floor and a four course meal in the spectacular marquee.
Tickets are £50 and there are still a few available.
We have a SnapChat filter for the day and night along with flags, t-shirts and a instagram frame.
